HRSL Recreational Referees
HOSA has brought recreational referee training in-house, rather than asking you to annually attend classes for which you have to pay to be licensed. There is no charge to register as a HOSA Recreational Referee.
Anyone who will be turning 13 years of age this calendar year or older and interested in being an HRSL referee is eligible.
All referees are required to have an up-to-date Concussion in Sports certificate. A copy of this certificate must be provided to HOSA.
